It is rather heartbreaking to have to make the decision to place your loved one in a nursing home, The staff at Lakewood was extremely welcoming and helpful with regard to information about the facility. Tamara G and Kylee H went above and beyond to get our relative transferred from the hospital in Benton and get her belongings situated. The staff was kind and interested in getting her moved to her room. We feel so relieved that she is in a safe place where her needs can be addressed

Lakewood Therapy & Living Center is nice. It's older, but it's clean, and I have friends that are there now that we visit. It's not a big facility. It's in a very nice setting, very quiet, and the grounds are kept very nice. The dayroom as you first go in is nice, and you're able to see right away their activities. They've got televisions, a piano, a lot of church groups, choirs, and things that go on there. The food is good. I think it's well run, and I like it.
