This facility gave my mother Ativan when she did not need it. They used it as a chemical restraint. The CNAs give care assembly line style. They do not treat the residents like human beings. I was in the bathroom with my mother and caught a CNA being mean to her. The CNA did not know I was in the bathroom. No one unpacked her clothes and put them away. They simply left her suitcase on the bedside table. Poorly trained, lazy, non-caring caregivers. The facility allowed mother's roommate to verbally harrass her. Avoid this facility.
