The staff at Twin Oaks Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center was welcoming and very friendly. The place was clean and everyone was nice to me and nice to one another when I was there visiting. The facility itself is very old, but it's well kept. The rooms are, I guess, about the normal size for a facility. It has a bed, a dresser or chest of drawers, and a television. Phones are available if needed. That would be dependent on the resident's payment. They have activities like crocheting and knitting, board games, and television. They also have physical activities but I did not see a gym or a room with exercise equipment. They have a secured facility. There's a locked area for dementia patients who try to wander and get away like my sister-in-law. They offer food but I was not there during lunchtime. The kitchen staff was nice though.

This has to be one of the cleanest nursing facilities I've ever visited. Upon entering the building there is no odors, and the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly.
