This is a very nice facility!! The staff treated my grandmother with good care. The therapy team was gorgeous and amazing in rehab!!! You probably don’t care because he isn’t that important but the maintenance man goes over and beyond for the people there. He is such a sweetheart and has come to any and every needs we have asked so a special thanks to that guy! The Cna are good also even though a little short handed

Should be mandatory drug testing going on around here!!! My grandma is a resident there and housekeeping lost her clothes that they were “supposedly” washed! The maintenance guy smell like cigarettes and marijuana. Ask them a question about fixing her television and it never gets done!!! Something needs to be done! Overall cna’s and nurses does a good job.

The facts are that this facility stayed at 80 + degrees, supposedly to comfort the seniors. The problem was, everyone was complaining about the heat with no response. The rooms were poorly maintained. The staff were rude, disrespectful, lacking compassion and professionalism. My mother stayed here for less than a week due to illness she obtained while at the facility, failing to get medicine or attention when my mother was visibly sick. Do NOT expect to see staff before 30 minutes if you press the call button. If you care about your loved ones that may need any kind of assistance while in rehab, this is not your facility.

My Grandma was here for 12 days , the care she received was horrible. This place is under staffed the people are rude with the exception of a few good ones. I do not recommend putting your family here at all . We stayed with her every day till visiting hours were over . The call time on the call lights is well over 30 to 45 minutes. Most of the time we changed her and repositioned her to be comfortable.

Palm Gardens was very nice. I did not like the location though. It is in kind of a mixed industrial area. It didn't have a lot of outdoor space, so that was a negative. It was very clean and very modern looking, but it was almost too institutional. It didn't have a homey feeling about it. The lady that gave us a tour was very nice, very professional, friendly, and helpful. They didn't have good parking. They had an outdoor space, but it wasn't shady or pretty. It was just out there in the open.
