My parents are staying at Woodland Village Healthcare Center. It's very clean. They have plenty of staff. They work well with our hospice company, which also provides facility care for them as well there. My parents don't have any complaints about food. It is doing well. They have karaoke and bingo, and they serve three meals a day.

My mom's doctor recommended some rehabilitation for her there at Woodland Village. It was a fairly good place. My mom had infection in her legs, and they took care of her legs and got her well. The rooms were very old and not very cheerful. Basically, the dining room was just a large room with tables and chairs. They have lots of activities like bingo and sometimes word puzzles wherein you guess the word. They had a Valentine's King and Queen there, and just every other week it seems they were doing some kind of activity, so it was nice. But they need to update the rooms and update the beds. The staff was very helpful. When my mom needed a specific request, they would come right away. She wouldn't have to wait, and they would help her with whatever she needed.
