Interim HealthCare of Racine was a good agency. I had five different caregivers with them. Three of them were very good, and two of them I called to say not to send them back ever. They did everything a CNA would do, they also washed dishes, clothes, they vacuumed, made meals, and one of the good ones did the grocery shopping for me. I was very pleased with the service, except for two of the girls who would just sit in a chair and read the newspaper. I would recommend asking for Cindy, as she was the most helpful.

The services that were provided were assisted care for my mother during the day and overnight. The staff was very professional and helpful throughout their time. My mother missed them when they were gone. The agency's response time and communication made the family feel safe and comfortable with the decision to have outside help.
