"My mother was at Victory Lakes recently for 19 months. After a brief stay on their rehab floor, she became a resident in their health care center. The facility was very clean. The vast majority of ALL staff were very friendly, kind, and compassionate. Staff took time to learn my mom's likes and dislikes by listening to us and observing her. Their Life Enrichment staff were excellent - engaging with all residents and families, and striving to find activities that each individual resident enjoys. Between their assistance and perseverance, and the efforts and personal attention of my mom's regular nurses, they made a big difference in my mom's quality of life, which we appreciate greatly. The food was very good, and dietary staff attempted to address concerns that we had with some success. The Director of Social Services was wonderful - a great advocate for residents and their families. Managers listened when we brought up concerns and suggestions, and were successful in addressing many. While any nursing home is not the same as home, and cannot be perfect given the limitations of challenging resident needs, Victory Lakes made a difficult time in our lives much better because of their compassion and daily efforts. "

"My wife was at Victory Lakes for her rehab but she passed away last April. The food was fine. The service was excellent. She got to know most of the people there and they took expert care of her. They were very attentive to her to meet her needs. It was just a very pleasant experience. "

"Tudor Oaks is an assisted living home in Muskego, WI where my grandma lived for about ten years. When I visited the facility, I was generally happy with what I saw; the tenants were very happy with the service and the amenities where replete with options. The facility itself is very nicely kept, seems consistently clean and tidy. Furthermore, there are many options for recreation, including game rooms, living rooms, churches, and a relatively nice outdoor environment to walk around. The rooms themselves are nicely kept, frequently tended to by staffers and cleaning staff, and seem spacious enough for the number of residents in each room. Generally speaking, this was an assisted living home which proved a worthwhile home for my relatives. My one complaint is the strange layout of the building, which did not allow for easy transportation through the building. "

"I am quite impressed with this place I live out of state and have peace of mind knowing my mother loves living here. My siblings live within the area. When I visit, I am impressed with cleanliness and friendliness of staff. There IS air conditioning, a huge library, game area, movies, small grocery store, bistro, resale boutique, church services, washers/dryers on each floor (2 sets at each end). The outdoor area is beautiful and peaceful. My mother's 2 bedroom apt has large bedrooms, plus dining/living area and small kitchen. I have eaten in the dining room and food was good, BLTs are excellent. My family has no complaints. Mom lives in OAK section."
