I spoke with Nikki, owner of UniqueIHPC, a couple times. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Our family wasn't really considering in-home care services because we didn't know much about them. Nikki took the time to explain what her agency can provide and how it could help our family. I haven't used her services yet as I am proactively helping to get backup care plans in place for an elderly relative, but I will definitely reach out to her when we get to that point.
