My mother-in-law receives in-home care from CareForce. They have been great. If someone is going to be late, the supervisor calls me and lets me know that they're on their way. The caregivers have all been nice. I don't have any complaints about them. They're here eight hours a day. If my mother-in-law needs something done they help her, they will go down and get her meals, they will do her laundry, or they will just sit and talk to her if that's what she wants. The person who is assisting my mother-in-law is outgoing, bubbly, and happy-go-lucky. When I met her last week she was really friendly.
