They provide day-to-day care for my dad. He needs the services a lot. They need to provide a caregiver for my dad for one day. One of their caregivers isn't very nice to me.

My caregiver could know better English, learn how to cook and take his job seriously. They need to have people with skills that I need.

It is a difficult service to provide. They could have language education. They have a center for diseases.

I don't rely on them if I am not there to see them. I want them to send professional people to us so that we get that care.

My caregiver cleans very well. I would recommend them because the caregiver I have now is really good and always on time. If she is late she calls me.

They make life easier because we don't have to worry about getting my dad up and ready. I would recommend them because they are generally really good at caring for Bill. They have nice caregivers that do the necessary work.

My favorite caregiver was Ruth. She went above and beyond for my mom and the family. I my mom ever needs services from Agape again. Ruth is who we want.

They are always there, and they go out of their way to help us out. They are very caring, they do a good job, and they get along well with their clients.

Once I explained the purpose of the respite care and she met the lady, they were able to bond. They have been able to work with our needs as far as getting the right person who could do what we needed and they could explain what things that we couldn't do.

They could understand English. They are from Kenya and do not speak English or speak broken English. They could not talk on the telephone so much. Their phone rings constantly and they are talking to relatives in Kenya.

Tim C. and Agape provided excellent assistance to my aged mother-in-law. She lived in a retirement home but needed extra help beyond that given by the regular staff. Agape was very responsive in meeting the increasing level of need that was required.

My mom is difficult to be with, and they are trying to do their best. They have been with my mom and really open with me about how things are going. They have good transparency with the family members.
