The company is short staffed and lacking the knowledge of knowing how impactful their services really are. Kudos to being a family own company and black owned. However, they do not keep you informed of changes until the last minute including call ins, they do not have enough staff for respite hour usage even if you tell them 3 days in advance. Not only do they not have the staff you have to call them back to know they don't. They don't staff on holidays per an office worker nor do they seem to care in a profession where CARE is the top priority. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
