Rolanda has helped us find wonderful home care workers for both my parents and my mother-in-law. We first reached out about my parents after my father suffered a significant injury, and we needed almost immediate help with my mother. Her staff helped with the return of my father to his home, facilitating his trips to therapy, daily care, etc. When my mother-in-law was injured, Rolanda also found us a staff member who could provide her with help in our home three mornings a week. The staff is so dedicated and compassionate. They have formed wonderful relationships with our parents. It is a tremendous relief to know they are so well cared for when you leave them. Rolanda does a great job of matching you with the right staff member. We highly recommend Dedicated Hearts and Hands.

Rolonda worked with me to find the best fit of schedule and caregivers for my grandmother. She has gone the extra mile to help me care for my grandmother while living in another state. The two caregivers that we were matched with are outstanding! They really CARE for and about my grandmother. If it weren’t for Rolonda and her team my grandmother might not still be able to live the independent life she loves n her own home.

The agency provides a caregiver to my Mother who had a stroke in 2022. I met with Rolonda and described the heart and experience level of the person I wanted and Judy is a perfect match! Gives outstanding care, love and attention to Mom She nurtures her and Mom looks forward to her coming. She dresses her up every day. they have a morning ritual before breakfast with a Bible verse to start the day and they often to to the park or on rides. She gives her Motherly love and encouragement. I'm very pleased with the care and love my Mother receives and highly recommended Dedicated Hearts and Hands for you or your loved one. They are EXACTLY what their name says...DEDICATED

A friend of mine referred me to Dedicated Hearts and Hands for help with my husband. I used their services on and off for several months and always had positive interactions with all of the ladies that helped. I was introduced to Dedicated Hearts & Hands in February of 2022.The assistant would come in 3 times a week to help with meals preparation, cleaning, washing and transportation to my Dr Appointments. I increased the assistance to 4 and on occasions 5 times a week.Judy is efficient, effective and a pleasure to work with.Having her come in for three hours a day has improved the Quality of Life for me.I would recommend both Judy and Dedicated to anyone needing In-Home care.

The owner Rolanda Archer has been more than helpful. My 100 year old mother lives with me and Rolanda helped in so many ways. Mom’s aid Linda is outstanding. I cannot say enough about the help I’ve received in caring for mom from this agency!

We have in-home care coming in from Dedicated Hearts & Hands LLC and I'm very pleased with them. They're very friendly, they've just been very personable, extremely supportive and understanding in any of the requests I had, and very accommodating. They come from 4 to 8 hours, they provide non-medical services, and they respond to me very quickly. The services are more on meal prep, some light housework that's done, and companionship. I would recommend them.
