All of the caregivers have been very attentive to his needs and are willing to be flexible with time. I have appreciated everything the caregivers have done for us because I don't have to worry about who will be watching my husband on a daily basis.

The caregivers make sure everything is up to date. I like the way that they do my exercises with me. They help me with my exercises.

I think that they need to train their people more, when our caregiver gets sick we do not want anyone else because then we have to train them. I am in a wheel chair and my wife is 75 years old and the person who comes in does everything for us.

I kind of wish their people were more professional. I have had several people here and they don't seem to want to work or do anything. I definitely need the help, but they could have a greater impact on my life if they had more trained and mature caretakers.

I got a little upset when I was misunderstood when I called them in the beginning. They gave me the schedule I wanted initially, but they sent someone at the wrong time and didn't send someone. That made me angry. My wife was driving me crazy and when I got them, it took the load off my shoulders.

I would like for the care to be earlier in the day. I don't think I need as many hours, but everyone needs different things. They need to do everything that I like them to do.

The caregiver thought that my loved one had fallen, but the cell phone went out. The caregiver called the police to see if they can make sure if he had fallen. The caregiver called me when I was at the hospital. I like that they took initiative in investigating more with my loved one. The caregiver is good with helping out.

I would recommend the caregiver I have now, but not the other one that was here. She's not there by herself and she has a companion there for her.

They are good, and I like them. They have showed me different things and taught me some stuff that I didn't know. They help wash my clothes and do some light housekeeping.

I like the fact that they provide people with good attitudes and deliver what they promise. It did help my life quite a bit. She was there acting as a segregate while I went through my procedure. It was comforting.

The only negative thing is the changing of who comes. I get used to them and then they send another person. The ladies that come are very friendly and wife is happy with them. One of them does her hair. I'm the primary care taker so it give me a break twice a week, which has been great for me.

I am on a level 1, and I do most things for myself, but my caregiver mostly grocery shops for me. My caregiver is a very nice lady and easy to get a long with. If she can't show, I will get a call, and they will let me know. There is no problem with the office.

The caregiver is very faithful and very attentive to my mother. The caregiver is very helpful and we have been pleased. The caregiver helps my mom with physical needs like foot washing and keeping her oxygen concentrate clean. They cook meals and check her sugar.

Care Advantage needs to have better trained caregivers. The caregiver that showed up was not experienced. Care Advantage helped free up my time, because the caregivers would sit with my loved one.

Care Advantage actually showed up and they are very nice. The caregivers are considerate of me and very professional. The first two caregivers were something I desperately needed. They stayed at night time for me, and one would come back for the day which was very commendable.

I would recommend Care Advantage because the caregivers they send are pretty good, but they always send me different ones. I like that they always send me caregivers on the weekends. However, some of them will do nothing until I tell them what to do. And some of them are on their cell phones or watch my television. Care Advantage makes life easier by coming in and doing things that are too hard for me to do.

I would recommend Care Advantage because my mom and sister have been pleased with the service. For the short time that my mom's been receiving care, it's helped her some. The caregiver does light housekeeping and has gone to the store for her and that's been a big help.

Care Advantage has ladies who are very caring. They pay very close attention to me by giving me food, being clean, and being attentive. Care Advantage makes my life easier by driving me wherever I need to go, like the hairdresser or the grocery store, and they do the housekeeping as well.

If a friend had a serious case which required a lot of retention, it stands to have a little bit more attention than what Care Advantage can provide. I'm able to do a lot for myself, but if it were a case with a caregiver that I've had before, I don't know if they could do everything they would need. I don't have a caregiver every day of the week. I once had a caregiver who just slept through her shift on my recliner. If my caregiver is going to be sitting there snoring, I don't want to go and wake her up because I don't think she will do a good job anyways.

I would call Care Advantage a month and a half in advance to ensure that a caregiver would be available for my daughter, and one time they said that they forgot. I had the name and date of who I spoke with too. I never had a consistent caregiver, and my daughter's care is very specialized, so I would have to take off of work to train these people. It came to the point where I could just work from home and save money. I was having to stay at home and wait for the caregiver and train them. I didn't feel that they could perform simple tasks of transferring my daughter to her wheelchair. I was not impressed with the skill level of the caregivers that were sent to us.

I wouldn't recommend Care Advantage because their caregivers did not seem to know what they were here to do. Care Advantage could have had a positive impact if they had the right attitude about what they were supposed to be doing here.

When I was in need of care for my son, I called Care Advantage. They did an excellent job providing care for him. Their staff was friendly and professional. It was nice having peace of mind knowing that he was so well taken care of. I would highly recommend Care Advantage to anyone who was in need of personal care or skilled care assistance for their loved one.

We've been using Care Advantage since December. It is a Medicaid approved healthcare provider. We interviewed some of the caregivers and chose one. My grandmother is 96 years old. It's the same caregiver that would come in all the time, and she's really good.
