We're using Falls Home Health (Falls Home Health Services) for my father-in-law. They do physical therapy. There's a nurse who comes in and checks on him every week, as well as an occupational therapist. They also come in and do showers twice a week. They're the best and for in-home health, I wouldn't ask for anyone else. They're awesome and I haven't had any problems with them at all.
