I am a current client of this provider
I've been a client for two years. They are very reliable and personal agency. We have frequent contacts with the director of the services here in Waco and whenever there are things needed, adjustments or rotation in the staff or something, he always calls and talks to me about it. I'm handicapped and I got a nerve disease so I sit in a wheelchair and my disease involves both my legs, arms and hands which means I need help with basic things like getting dressed, taking showers, eating and so on. Those are the basic things they do but of course they do other things like help in taking care of the household (cleaning, laundry and other things) which definitely I couldn't do. My caregiver is very good. The girls that have been sent out here have very good caring attitude. I think a lot of reason for that is that they try to pick young women who are in the health arena. Many of them are nursing students who do this as a side thing as they are going through their training. I would say the majority of them are well educated and bright young women. That certainly helps because they take instructions very well. I've been very happy and the service feedback is VERY good. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am VERY pleased with Interim. Their rates are fine though higher than I was hoping for but manageable. The service and the people that they have are WONDERFUL! I have a few different ones over the month and every single one of them has been very pleasant and productive. They'll do anything that I want and other than that, they ask me what else they can do. At first it was primarily laundry services and housekeeping help occasionally but after they were able to do laundry service again, I've had them for housekeeping three hours every day. They are just terrific.
Chris, (who manages everything as far as the scheduling and any concerns and all kind of stuff) is just wonderful. Hes very through, helpful and makes sure I am happy as a client. Anytime there's an issue like car problem, sick kid or anything, he calls me right away and calls to find somebody else or schedule another day. Anytime I leave a message with a question, he always calls in a timely manner. I know he's going to school the next day but that's never been a problem. He's right on top of things. I'm just really impressed with the professionalism but especially the attitude of people who work in this service for this company. I cant say anything bad or wrong about how they're handling or running things.
