Helping Hands Of San Antonio Home Care is very good about helping me, and I'm happy. The help me with personal care, food, water, cleaning my environment and things like that, and grocery shopping. They've been with me for a while. I had a problem in the beginning with them, but it turned out to have something to do with the hours I was given by APS. They came on-board through APS, because I didn't have the funds to pay for private care. At the beginning, I needed personal care on the weekends, but they couldn't do weekends because APS didn't pay for weekends. When we got past that, I was able to get more hours applied and got a Medicare plan that gave me 25 hours a week. Anyway, it's a good thing and it all worked out for me in the end.
