I needed help caring for my mother who just had surgery. I called Dream Providers on a Sunday and the owner, Monica, called me back that day. She is professional and and kind. I explained my needs and was hoping I could have someone to help my mother the next day. It was overwhelming, to say the least. Monica did not fail me, by Monday morning my mother had a personal care provider. This is the first time I have sought assistance for personal care and it has been pleasant. The caregiver was fantastic. My mother loved her. I had no concerns about leaving my mother in the hands of the caregiver. Monica is upfront on the cost, flexible with the changing health status of my mother, and very communicative. I highly recommend Dream Providers.
