They get 2 stars for accepting state/federal funded insurance. however, they were very rude to me in my very special situation. They were accusing of my pharmacy list, even though they know nothing of what was going on between me and my doctor, as well as a lack of insurance up until this point due to work not offering it, nor paying me enough to purchase my own. so i did what i could to stay healthy until i could get taken care of. Life is not cheap, and my insurance was being rejected all over because they "do not participate in state funded insurance". they also did not inform me of ANYTHING going on other than my pain being from infection. they paid little to no attention to the fact that i am living on protein shakes because i cannot eat without pain. and on top of that did not inform me of which teeth needed what, and what they could do to fix the problem. overall i am displeased with their bedside manner. i will be giving them another try after i've finally had my extractions done at a different oral surgeon than they referred, as his reviews are horrifying, to get the rest drilled and filled. and hopefully they'll be a little more comforting and understanding. its a very scary thing to go through.
