I wish all my dealings were like the interactions I’ve had with this company. They are honest, reliable and do what’s in the best interest of me. I have recommended them to everyone that needs help at my facility and they’ve all said the same. Top notch care, top notch customer service and top notch management.

I am not really happy with it because I think the hours are too long and sometimes, he doesn't want me to leave him alone. Having more consistency would be a big help. They could improve by having more consistency with their girls or help.

They helped out the most with everyday living for my dad and teaching me some of the things to do to care for him. Very family oriented. I like that they took good care of and actually cared about my dad.

For the most part, they are on time and showed up on the days they are supposed to. You have a rock star as far as your scheduler. Any time I called Shaina because his health was up and down in short notices, she always had a great attitude and got someone.

I'm not able to do a lot of things, so they come in and do the things I can't do. She wipes the counter downs, and cleans the kitchen and bathroom. One thing I like about the services is that they are very friendly, and you almost feel like a family with them.

The service was positive because it is reliable and they send in reliable people. You have to have 20 hours a week and that does not work sometimes.

They help him with his clothes and dishes are washed, and the house is cleaned. Convince him to take showers. I like the agency that everyone that comes to seem to be into and attentive with my dad. If I can't be here, that someone is here with him and I trust them.

She is completely bedridden so they change and turn her. I like that they try really hard to put the right kinds of caregivers in with the needs of the clients.
