Our 98 year old Mema lives with us since 2006. She has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and accordingly placed on hospice. For over three months now, we have trusted Novel and its personnel to care for our matriarch. The agency has been extremely timely, friendly, caring, and responsive. The RN visits her weekly, the nurse's aid visits her 3x per week, the social worker visits every couple of weeks. They procured the necessary essentials, needed medications, and invaluable companionship visits.

I’m having physical therapy at home through Novel Home Healthcare, and it is helping me very much. They also offer occupational therapy and assistance with things you can no longer do, like bathing and toileting, which I don't need help with yet. I have had physical and occupational therapy through this agency several times. My internist recommend them. I have some MS, arthritis, and the joints in my fingers are all twisted. The therapist I have right now is very knowledgeable about my problem and is very good at follow up. If there is a change in time or something, she always let me know well beforehand. If I have any questions, I can give her a call, so I think they’re very good.
