My family and I were happy with the facility. The staff was on point and took good care of my grandmother. The rooms and building in general is very clean and modern. The rooms have a good view and small porch. I stayed several nights with her there and felt very welcome as did she. However sometimes they were late on her meds. Theres no smoking in the building, but you can go outside into the parking lot to smoke in your car. My grandmother wasnt eating much in the last weeks there although the food and menu looked rather appetizing. In fact, I found myself nibbling on her leftovers several times. The staff was very polite and respectful even after dealing with my mother. Up to the point where they carried her off they were thoughtful and let us spend the whole time with her as she passed. So all in all despite the tough situation this facility made it as easy as possible.
