My mom is using Heavenly Blessed Care - Reading, PA. The owner-manager, Jane, is very intuitive and knows the correct aid that would work best with my mom. She also made sure that everything went well. She didn't want to just have the new aide take her to a couple of doctor appointments. Umu, she's just sweet. My mother likes her. She's quiet and she knows how to give a nice shower. It's just very nice. Their billing and scheduling are very good. The other day Jane had to call because Umu had an appointment somewhere and so she found someone to fill in. The other young lady was very bubbly and very happy. She enjoyed being with my mom she said. So it was very positive. The value for the money was excellent. If I ever have a question, I can either text Jane or call her, or if I need to talk to Umu I can pop over and it's open communication.
