Professional In-Home Care was local to the area where we're living, they had good knowledge of the area and we knew personally some people that had used them. When we got the reference list, we saw the names of some of our friends. The caregiver they provided was available right away and she was patient with my mom. She has been with us since end of February and helped mom 12 hours a day while I went to work. But they're also flexible and can provide 24-hour care for her like for today since I will be out of town to attend a wedding.
