Staff was friendly and punctual HOWEVER they allowed a patient to go without meds and into withdrawal and never notified the case manager or family members of the patient. They blamed the pharmacy but the nurses were the final link to the patient; they knew the patient was running out of meds; they didn't do anything about it....they didn't notify the patient's family or case management.
