I had one aide from Superior Care Plus for quite a few years, and she was fantastic. They recently have a new person in the office now. She seems to be doing quite a good job. She calls to let me know that the aide has an upcoming vacation day that she is taking off to do something, asks me if I need somebody, and makes an effort to find a substitute. They are definitely making strategies towards progress. They do have another part of the agency where they send out a registered nurse once a quarter to check my mom and her blood pressure. They also check on my feedback on how the aides are doing, and I like that.
