I am a current client for about 2 years now. The aides are all friendly and take great care of me and my wife. I have even had the boss come out who is also a caregiver when there has been a call off and can't fill the spot. I would highly recommend them and will never switch.

My father is a vet suffering from injuries sustained as in the military. This agency has shown no accountability for their lack of personnel not showing up, walking out, not performing the duties for which they were contracted. There are only deflecting tactics taken for their inability to perform. The stress placed on my father and the rest of the family had been immense. No respect. No caring. No compassion. If you have a choice, choose another agency.

Needy Veteran

I have just started with Synergy HomeCare and it was a royal mess. They didn't start on the day approved, then the aide cane from 2:00-4:00 instead go the agreed 1:00-3:00, I canceled one day and they didn't schedule me for the next visit and on that weeks last visit I only got 1 hour. They final gave me to and aide I had from an agency that dppd all Va†and and pivot pay patients so she has cleared the air and for mow things are better. The Manager and Scheduler are lost in space.

Dissatisfied and Disgusted

Very poor service. Unreliable help. Owner/Management does not return phone calls despite several requests. Management does not communicate with client to explain why workers do not show. Company did not provide any workers at all for several scheduled visits and never let anyone know that workers would not be arriving even though it knew that workers would not be arriving. Company allowed my elderly father, who is unable to walk, to sit for hours into the night without having someone come to help him to bed or go to the bathroom when the regular worker did not show. Company unable to provide adequate backup if workers don't show. In the beginning, Company started out being responsive and providing good service. Then it went downhill drastically. Owner/Management has made it obvious to me that he/they do not care.

I love Synergy and the Caregivers are exceptional ! Maelyn is her name she is very awesome and treated my mom as if she was hers. I recommend Synergy to anyone

I asked for recommendations from other people that I know who had use home care, and Synergy was very reputable. My daughter worked for Synergy out in Arizona too. I spoke to them and I just felt more comfortable with them. The caregiver is excellent. Her name is Robyn and she couldn’t be any better. She is very personable and wonderful companion for my mother. The management is more accommodating to schedule whenever you need someone. They are excellent.
