After having a bad experience with another home care agency, we had decided to hire private caregivers for our mother rather than using an agency. We quickly learned that managing and training a team of caregivers and coordinating schedules, was best left to professionals and we sought out the services of Comfort Keepers after hearing positive experiences from friends. Comfort Keepers coordinates 24/7 care for my mother and the entire experience has been flawless. Mom enjoys the company of all of her caregivers and I know that I can count on the office staff to make sure that mom always has dependable coverage. It's because of Comfort Keepers that we are able to keep mom at home. We couldn't be happier!
