Staff was very lazy. They never cleaned my husband properly when showing him. he always said he felt dirty, Even after just coming out of the shower. They were also here to help assist on making sure the house was picked up. Little did I know I wouldn't just be cleaning up after my husband I would also be cleaning up after the staff. If they showed up for their shift, I'm the back upon his care plane and was expected to stand in every time they didn't have staff to come , Didn't matter if I needed to go to work or that I could not take care of him do to recovering from surgery my self.

These people are completely unreliable. The caregivers do no come on time, leave early or do not show up at all. They do not have back-up people to cover for their unreliable caregivers. The Rochester contact number for Maxim rings thru to New Jersey. There is no way to contact local Rochester agency when the caregiver does not show up on time, leaves early or does not show up.
