we have had about 15 different caregivers come and go. Out of the 15 we had about 3 good dedicated professionals. the rest are lazy and just there to kill time and make money. One aid drove off and left my mom in the bed with no one home and no one showed up the entire day. three aids have slept while my family tend to my mom. My mom talks to the aids and most ignore her and give all their attention to their phones. We had a fall during the night while the aid laid on the couch and let my mom walk around alone in the dark. Contacting the agency is a joke, if they do not have an acceptable response for you, you get ignored. No phone calls back, no messages back, , We just get surprised when no one shows up and we all have to alter plans to care for my mom with no notification or communication for the agency. We request specific lazy aids to not come back, but the agency cares more of what the aid wants instead of the clients. Find somewhere else

A non compassionate customer

Caused me only Grief and aggravation. Staff and administration have no idea how to manage and to show proper phone etiquette. Good luck in getting any aids as they are unable to adequately staff your needs. They blame their aids for no shows but their HR should have investigated their past performance and work history. So again administration is the blame

Extremely under emotional, mental and physical distress

We have a parent with Alzheimer and hired Always Compassionate Home Care because they said they could provide weekend care services. This is not the case. The aides don't show. They call me on Friday at 5:00 pm to tell me that no one will be available. I needed to call them on Thursday and Fridays. Many times I am put on hold until the phone disconnects. No-one calls back to advise on the care needed. Unreliable, unprofessional, and unresponsive. I wouldn't even give them a star in the rating if that was an option.

We got Always Compassionate Home Care for my husband. She comes in to take care of him and she showers him and gets him ready. She gets him dressed, gets him ready for some breakfast, and cleans up. After breakfast, she goes to the doctor's appointments with us, and she's very helpful in getting him out of the car and assisting him into any office. She holds on to him that kind of thing. And then she also watches what they do. We go to OT and she watches what they do, and then she comes home, and then the next day she does the exercises that they were doing there. She watches, she observes and does that kind of thing, so she works with him. She makes breakfast and lunch for my husband and gives snacks in between. The other aide was very good too. It's the subs they had in between that they sent here, and I would call up and say this was not working out. She comes five days a week, 40 hours. The nurse comes every three months to check on him. She writes a report, and she's been good so that part of it has been good. It's just that they have a hard time getting aides
