They provide companionship for the client who has dementia, so she makes sure she's safe and keep her company for about five hours a day. I think it's a matter of lack of staff.

We needed help but we could not get a hold of anyone. The care was not good. There was lack of professionalism. We had one good aide and then there was no care.

The agency could have trained on how to help stimulate her mind on a higher level. They need to pay their workers more by raising the wages. The pay scale needed to increase, according to Joe. They also need to hire more quality people, and they need to be trained well.

I needed different services a few years back and now I need help with transportation. Their services have helped me with different needs that I have had. The company has been really great. They are very responsive and they come through and deliver whatever I have asked. They respect their customers.
