CCI Home care under the direct service provided by Minyon S. has been exceptional. She has cared for my relative with respect and a loving touch. She has stood by her written contract and has been consistent in the delivery of her services. She routinely provides me with updates about issues that have arisen and has openly communicated with me and the relative for whom she is caring about what she has done and any changes that need to be made. In this home care profession, service with compassion, respect and dignity are key in making the relationship a success. Minyon is truly a "care provider" in all aspects of an individual's well being and quality of life.

My Primary doctor recommended this agency, as she has worked with the owner. I needed help caring for my mom who suffered a stroke a few months ago. The caregivers help mom with bathing, getting dressed, and they help her cook or make sandwiches. Words can’t express how happy we are with the care provided. Our caregivers are dolls, extremely helpful and they consistently go above what is expected. The agency owner is very nice and knowledgeable. She’s available by cell she said to call anytime with any concerns. We haven’t had any problems, but I did call to tell her how pleased we are with the care. My family is thankful for them.
