I am using Sunlight Senior Care Omaha NE for my husband. They've had a few things that we need to work out. I asked for care from 9:00 to about 3:00, and the caregiver couldn't come until about 9:30. Then sometimes they forget to call me if she is not coming, but I think we worked it out to where they're better now. The current caregiver we have is a very understanding person. She's very committed to my husband's well-being, safety, and health. She's very attentive to him, talks with him, does activities with him, and makes sure that he's happy. We'd all like the price to be really cheap, but you've got to pay the organization and the structure that they work under. Still, I think the value for the money is on par for what I'm getting because I'm really grateful that they can come and help me. They're a very caring organization. They try to resolve any issues that come up. They really listen and try to fit the caregiver to the family that needs the help and make sure that things are going well.
