We have chosen Patron Senior Living LLC - Omaha, NE for my mother, and it has been good. I have had zero issues with them. The people have been super friendly. They've done everything I've asked, and they're not patronizing her. They offer companion care. The people that work at Patron Senior Living get along with her, and she interacts with them. I have had some problems with the website. Their app doesn't seem to work on my phone, but if I log on to the website without using the app, it has been fine. The value for money seems to be slightly less than some other agencies.
