My brother has special needs so he could be difficult to work with. All of the personnel who came out were very patient and understanding about some of his limitations. They are compassionate and caring to him. They have a good big heart.

I want to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for the Nursing Assistants from Comfort Keepers who helped care for my grandfather, John, during his last week, August 6th "“ 12th. I apologize for not having last names, but their first names were Ronna, April, and Melanie. My entire family had nothing but excellent comments regarding these 3 fine "angels". I personally spent time with Ronna, and was impressed at how she went over and above what was expected. I am a registered nurse, and would consider it an honor to work side by side with her. From what my family reported to me, April and Melanie were equally outstanding. Ronna shared with me that she possibly wants to go on to nursing school to obtain her RN. I would be more than happy to be a resource or reference for her, should she decide to take this path, feel free to share my name and e-mail address with her. I can not express how impressed I was with the whole Comfort Keepers organization, and I now know that if the need arises, I will be calling on them again.

The caregivers are wonderful people. We had round the clock which was for a while when my husband first came out from the nursing home. For quite a while he's progressed and everyone who has come here has been good but the ladies who come now are just outstanding. I'm very happy on how they deal with everything with him. They help him with his physical therapy and prompt him to do the rehab that he needs to do which is great. They basically help him with anything he needs help with. We have been with them for over a year and I find them very caring. I'm very satisfied with their service.

We are well satisfied with the service we receive from Comfort Keepers. My caregiver has been taking care of me for a couple of years now. She is more like family than an employee. She is always on time, had no problems communicating with me and is always eager to do whatever I need to be done. I had another service before Comfort Keepers and there is no comparison. They are the best as far as I am concerned. Their inside staff is courteous and offers excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers of Omaha.
