Our principal physician is in the Mercy system. Somebody suggested that we might like to check Mercy Home Health. We just had a referral from a good person that we trusted and our primary physician so we thought it would be good to take their advice. It was very good and very dependable. Everybody was well trained and knew their job well. They kept their appointments on time which is very important to me. My family and I were satisfied with them. As far as I know, the caregivers were well investigated, and I trusted them completely.

In the beginning they provided good care, had some very good nurses, months late after numerous nurses left organization. Services became awful. They have numerous random unqualified nurses practicingunsafely and other that just don't care and take alot of shortcut. Really sad that documentation is ther priority over patient care.
