Griswold is a wonderful caregiver agency. They did a great job listening to us regarding the needs of our 99 year old dad. Griswold matched us with very good caregivers. The caregivers not only do a great job taking care of our dad, but they have become good friends. We know our dad is in very good hands.

My mother has two caregivers from Griswold, they are very good with her and helpful around the house. She always has her meals and clothing ready for her each day and they try their best to find things that will make her happy.

My mom is 88 and has Alzheimer's. She can't be left alone at any time, so we had to get 24/7 care for her. I want to leave mom in her home as long as I possibly can. I talked to several companies before my brother and I sat down and interviewed Lauren, one of the owners of Griswold, along with several of her caregivers. We were happy with the way the interviews went, so we hired Griswold for mom. We have not been disappointed. The 2 women that live with mom (one 4 days and the other 3 days) are wonderful with her. They tend to all mom's needs and mom is doing great, considering she will never improve or get better. During the day they take mom for walks, play cards and games with her, talk with her, make her laugh, help her with some exercising, and anything else mom wants to do. This makes mom very happy, which is my #1 priority. These ladies accompany us on family functions, Dr. appointments and anywhere else I need them. They keep me informed of any changes in mom. It's nice to know mom's in good hands and well taken care of. If you need home care, call Lauren at Griswold. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I was glad we made the call.

This is our third agency dealing with the care of our dad. The difference with Griswold is the ease of scheduling and definitely the cost. We have had the same level of care and have had very kind caregivers from all three agencies, but Griswold is a cut above the rest because of their fee schedule. Realizing that the caregiver is doing most of the work, Griswold is very generous in paying them most of what they are bringing in. This makes very happy caregivers who give excellent care. Griswold's rates are, in the case of a 24 hour shift, substantially less than the other agencies we have dealt with. This is allowing our dad to stay in his home for, what we hope will be, the rest of his life. This gives us great peace of mind!
