They could do better at keeping her caregivers consistent. I would like to see them improve at bringing the same caregivers out to take care of my mom. I don't like them pulling the caregiver out when they have been there for like a month, and then replacing them.

It's very important. The biggest thing is they give you a chance to plan things and having a caregiver available. What you want is reliability. They were great. I like that they were very good to help me reach my needs. Hope was very good. The biggest problem was that we need to set up times each week and I needed more flexibility.

They found a really super gal that comes 95 percent of the time. They do all the checking on a person so I don't have to do the background checks.

The good caregivers make things very easy, but things get harder with the other caregivers. They should dust more, clean up clutter, etc. There is no initiative from some of the caregivers. The client has had a handful of different caregivers since starting, some have been doozies.

I know with HIPPA laws it is difficult, but at times I need an advocate. When you get up to my age people will not listen to you and what you say. It would help to have an advocate. The particular caregiver they are sending is a good match for me.
