She was attended by the same newly graduated nurse whose name I cannot divulge under the guidelines. "I'm using Wind Beneath Your Wings. They match the needs that I have with the caregiver taking into account the personality of my spouse and who they think would work well with him. They're very accessible. When I have a problem or a question, I can get a hold of somebody right away. They listen and respond as much as they're able. I needed somebody with a particular schedule, and since it's a small agency, I had to wait until they hired somebody who could meet that need. But since I'm flexible a lot, it didn't present a problem for me. Wind Beneath Your Wings helps me with light housekeeping, preparing meals, and exercising with my husband if he's willing. My husband needed to go get a haircut, and my caregiver took him to the barber. Regarding billing, they send the invoice for the month following care, and then I either send a check or something to pay it. I have long-term care insurance, so they reimburse me. I have been using them for three years now. Overall, I like the caregivers they send."

"We hired Grace Hospice for my dad. He has a chaplain, he has nursing care, and he has someone come and give him a bath three times a week. He has a social worker that helps us. We've been very appreciative. They've been very good, and I can't fault them at all. They give him what he needs, and they've all been excellent. I haven't had any delays. Their scheduling is according to his need. He had a greater need in the last week or two. They have upped his need for bathtime and nursing care, and they've given us that. They're doing a wonderful job."

"Michigan Hospice Association came to the assisted living facility when my dad got bad. They were contacted when he started to turn for the worse. The care was excellent. They actually took time with me when my dad was really bad and when I didn't think I could do it. The hospice nurses actually sat and took time to make me feel as comfortable. You got to be a special type of person to be able to do that. They were really fantastic. I would recommend them. "
