Right At Home is very easy to work with they help with bathing and toileting and were really beneficial with regards to long-term care benefits. They do charge an extra fee to process the claims but this made it super easy for our family. The rates seem to be very competitive and I like all the training programs they have for their caregivers to help them learn and continue to grow especially with my mom‘s Parkinson’s and dementia. Strongly recommend them, especially in the East Lansing area.

Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Great company to work with. We have 3 caregivers helping my mom each week. They have been coming to help her dress, shower and get started each day. They are so helpful and provide piece of mind for my brother and I. We strongly recommend Right at Home in East Lansing to help.

Caregiver came to my moms 2 times a week. Helped with shower and dressing. Cleaned up around the house and made her lunch. Would still work with them but mom moved into a nursing home due to her health. Right at Home office was friendly and easy to work with.

Was very pleased with the Care people they sent to my home to help my husband. They were very kind and professional, and I appreciated the help with his bathing as I am no longer able to lift him. Denice was so sweet. She would always welcome him with a good morning sugar announcement when she came in. Definitely recommend the company very professional and good hard-working people. We like the fact they have a local East Lansing Office.

Great experience with right at home inc. very friendly staff and helpful to my mom and dad. Would recommend them to others. We did have 3 others companies come but they could never get caregivers to show up but right home did each week. One time the supervisor kaylee even came out to help during bad weather. Good people

Right at Home East Lansing is a great local company. They're trustworthy and dependable taking care of my mom. She enjoys their company, and they help with things she can't do. I would recommend and rate both caregivers I have very highly. They are wonderful companions. They're nice people. They are caring and do their job well. I appreciate them taking care of her and the provide great comfort and peace of mind for me.

My caregiver does everything I expect of her. She is a wonderful cook and I couldn't say enough about my caregiver. I couldn't find anyone better even if I tried she is very excellent.

Right At Home provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living, per doctor's orders. My nurse from Right At Home and her supervisor are absolute perfection. I have been totally disabled since 2016, and RIght At Home is a miracle. I'm very grateful for them.

The East Lansing office of Right At Home helped us for about six months in 2022 after hospital discharge. The aids were very attentive, hard-working, reliable, and timely. We only had one small issue with a lady being late and Jenny the supervisor brought in a new more reliable person right away. They were very easy to work with and we highly recommend them, and will work with them again in the future if needed.

We have been very satisfied with Right, At Home and the wonderful caregiver Wendy that comes to take care of our father. We would definitely recommend them. They are very good and helpful. Wendy is helpful with shopping, house work and outdoor activities. I have very high expectations and they are very good. They’ve even been helpful in getting long term care insurance information we need to pay for care.
