We provide private duty care while our clients are hospitalized, in a rehabilitation facility, recuperating at home, respite care, hospice support, temporary or long term care. We specialize in senior care and provide ongoing education on Alzheimer's/Dementia care to all our staff. Our caregivers can help with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, ROM exercises, errands, laundry, companionship, vital signs and medication monitoring, ADL's, dressing and bathing. We accept Long Term Care Insurance, VA Aide and Attendants, ALS of MI Our caregivers go through an extensive interviewing, hiring, and orientation process that includes safety, homemaking, ethical and legal issues and infection control. Our caregivers are fully insured, throughouly screened via background checks, driving record checks,TB and drug screened. We provide our caregivers and CNA's with ongoing mandatory continuing education. We strive to incorporate the clients participation, based on their ability in all facets of their daily life, exercises, decision making on meals and clothing choices, and activities whenever possible. We offer a free in home assessment to help determine your care needs.We offer a NO HOURLY MINIMUM and a ONE HOUR SHOWER SERVICE. Our RN customizes an individualized plan of care that meets your needs, wants, and care goals.Our caregivers review your loved ones plan of care BEFORE a member of management introduces them to you and your family.
