It took us a week to get a caregiver from this agency. The caregiver comes in three times a week. They mostly help with laundry, showers, and things like that. I like that she's a very friendly person. We have somebody else who cleans, but if my mom asks the caregiver for something she will do it, but she does not cook. The service is fine, but I wish that the caregiver drives, but she doesn't. It would help if my mom wants to go somewhere, but the caregiver doesn't want to drive.
