If you have home health insurance DO NOT use the Floence location. The do not keep their documentation of the care provided so you have nothing to submit to your insurance company. My father was not reimbursed hundreds of dollars for the care he received. The actual care received was good. The administration of the Florence office was frankly not helpful. They had their money.

My mom seems to be well satisfied with Visiting Angels. The only thing that I would say that I am not really thrilled about is that they have a minimum of four hours. She says she does not need four hours at a time sometimes. They must be doing a great job because they would have been gone by now if they weren't. She must be comfortable with them.

I don't know what we would do if it weren't for Visiting Angels! Visiting Angels has taken excellent care of my mother-in-law for at least a couple years now. She lives in an independent living facility, however, she has memory issues and needs company on a regular basis. Since we work full time, we definitely need the help. I cannot say enough good things about this organization. Several of their care givers have been involved & they are truly caring, compassionate and extremely patient. Connie has always been our contact person and is great to work with. Mary and Dawn have been consistently visiting my mom-in-law and they have become her friends. They write us notes each day to let us know how the visit was, what they did and how Momma Sally was. When there is soemthing that needs to be addressed at the facility, they let us know. Again, they are so wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about them. They have become like part of the family. Thanks Visiting Angels!
