The services help tremendously. They are supportive. They remind me to take my medications because sometimes I forget. The caregivers are pretty friendly and come in and do what they are supposed to do.

They help by being here and doing what I need done. They're here when they're supposed to be, if they're gonna be late, the lady calls me and lets me know. If they can't come they let me know a few days ahead.

They really help me a lot. It's getting hard for me to fix my own meals anymore, to do my own laundry, go grocery shopping, and they take me to the doctor. And, they help me with the housekeeping. I like the fact that the caregivers are on time and they do the work. They're really courteous and friendly.

They do a lot of the cleaning that's almost impossible for us to do now. They do it instead of us trying to figure out how to do it. They do a pretty good job. They ask questions if they're not sure what or how we want it done.

They always are addressing William by his first name, and they are always letting him know what they are going to do. They complete his morning routine before he goes out into the community by getting dressed and grooming him.

I got sick, and I'm normally pretty independent, so the young ladies are willing to allow me to do whatever I need to, then help as needed and still allow me some independence. They help with all of my needs, from errands to personal to housework. I fell, and the caregiver stayed with me to the end comforting me and caring for me.

They are on time and provide a 24 hour service. They're here during an emergency, and most of the staff who comes in is well-educated and well-dressed. They are also clean and nice. It has taken a load off of my husband because he took care of me 24/7, and now they're here in the morning to help me bathe, get dressed, and get ready for the day.

BrightStar Care needs to do what they say they are going to do. BrightStar Care makes my life easier by giving me some spare time to do what I need to do while my loved one is being cared for. I don't know what they could do to make things even easier for me, though.

BrightStar Care should ensure that they know the rules and laws for the care they are providing. BrightStar Care nurses have helped me to get things done for my family while they take care of my loved one. I can live a more normal life knowing my loved one is taken care of, they have allowed my family to go out.
