"R. Angell's Homecare provided daily care to my husband. He had a number of strokes so he needed total care. We needed to get him out of bed with equipment because he couldn't do any for himself. We had to care for him, feed him, dress him, take him for walks in a wheelchair, transport him by the wheelchair van to doctor's appointments and things like that. Rhonda was our main helper. She came daily, five days a week. Billing and scheduling was always very good. The billing was straightforward. We knew ahead of time what the fee was and so that was fine with us. Rhonda was always available. She was always willing to help us in our own scheduling so we knew we would have someone here helping take care of my husband. I chose R. Angell's because I was familiar with Rhonda's help. She has helped us once in the past. When she was available again and we needed help, I called her first thing because she is so great. She really knows her business and knows what she's doing. She gives excellent care. She's very observant of what's going on, gives good suggestions and works well with the family and is very good with the client/the patient. Rhonda helped us for two years. It was long term commitment. We have a good experience and a good time to evaluate. As soon as I saw her competent and her ability to take care of what the issue was, I knew she would be a good person to have. She was VERY professional, reliable, comes on time and highly skilled. We were very happy."
