Depended on Freedom Senior Services to go twice a day to my mother's to make sure her medication was being taken properly. In first week they missed 4 times of seeing that she was taking medication. Turned out when scheduling girl had told me she was "working" on finding someone for my mother's schedule, little did I know that meant no one was coming for that scheduled session. They ended up calling me the second week and said they couldn't fulfill the schedule that my mother needed.

My experience with this company has been terrible. I live in a senior community in Indianapolis. Freedom has an office staff and billing department that is disaster and forced me to end my relationship with them and call Visiting Angels for help. Please make sure you seek interviews with other companies before signing any papers with Freedom. They will get into your bank account without authorization and this happened to me.
