"I've got nothing but good things to say about A Special Touch In-Home Care. My caregiver is here every day. I have kidney dialysis three times a week and she helps me. She meets me at the bus to get me into the building. When I have dialysis, she's with me till 5:30. She makes my life 100% easier. I'm blind. I have trouble finding things and she's always there. Usually, she's found it before I even know that I need it. They know what I need. She makes sure everything is clean because being blind, I can be very, very messy. They're trying to get me a walker so that I don't run over anybody. I love them. If I need anything, all I've got to do is get on the phone and they're right there. I've even had the owner come to the apartment and check on me. I know that if I need something, I can call them in. The caregiver has everything laid out. Everything's ready for me. I just put the breakfast in the microwave and I'm ready to go. They call me at least once a month to check on me. I have a caseworker and they check on me and see if I need anything, if I need any medical, they can get in touch with the pharmacy. They're always checking on me asking if I need anything or if anything has changed. They do real good."

"Top notch. Well worth the cost. Punctual. Flexible. Angela F. is a superior employee; not only cleaning, but organizing. A few sensible rules to follow. I am the client and would place a family member with Visiiting Angels in a heartbeat. I keep thinking a little angel pin would look cute on tjheir collar. I also tease them about being a "Blue Angel" cause they move so quickly."

"My sister-in-law was the one who found ResCare HomeCare, it was one of the closest agency that provided the care needed by my father. They were very nice, very attentive, very caring and seemed to be doing a good job on him but I only met one of them. They helped with everything like bathing, prepared the meals, went to the doctor, kept him company and anything that he needed. The agency worked with you every now and then, and when somebody did not show up, you called them. They would send somebody different to fill in. But as long as he got his regular caregiver, it worked very well. My dad had two different people in a week. Sometimes three depending if one worked in the weekend or not. But we got rid of one personnel because it just did not work out. "
