My sister-in-law was the one who found ResCare HomeCare, it was one of the closest agency that provided the care needed by my father. They were very nice, very attentive, very caring and seemed to be doing a good job on him but I only met one of them. They helped with everything like bathing, prepared the meals, went to the doctor, kept him company and anything that he needed. The agency worked with you every now and then, and when somebody did not show up, you called them. They would send somebody different to fill in. But as long as he got his regular caregiver, it worked very well. My dad had two different people in a week. Sometimes three depending if one worked in the weekend or not. But we got rid of one personnel because it just did not work out.
