I have 2 caregivers from TLC Home Care. They are remarkable, I love them both to death. And they are absolutely the most caring, loving, helpful, talented individual, both of them. I have a young man that comes today, he comes Tuesdays and Thursdays. And then, I have a young lady that comes Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. What I needed was caregiver. And both of these young people are my caregivers, they can provide a variety. They do the cooking, cleaning, bathing, walking, physical therapy, emotional support. If I need it, they provide it. They’re remarkable. Since I got home from the hospital, and that’s been a couple of months now, 2 and a half, maybe 3 months now.
They were recommended. These 2 young people, are amazing, they are talented, they’re gifted, loving and caring. I wish I could fold them up and put them in my packing forever. They’re just amazing young people. They bill my debit card automatically. The scheduling is phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about what they have done to get me. I was a mess when I got out. I have been in the hospital for 3 months. These young people have rehabilitated me beyond imagination, by cooking me good meals, teaching me how to eat healthy, by making sure I got my physical exercise, that my home was clean and cared for, and that they even made sure my cat was being taken care of. They really made my recovery happen, and I will keep those 2 kids on my prayer. They are amazing.

I have a caregiver that comes in once a week on Fridays for 4 hours from Immediate Care. I need help cleaning, so they clean both bathrooms and kitchen. They vacuum and dense mop the living room and dining room. We have some area rugs and some scatter rugs. They clean the exterior of the refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. It is really very helpful. They are very thorough, and I am very impressed.
My initial contact was Bryan, and then there is man he sent to the home to do an initial interview with me to see what I needed. It just left me with a very secure feeling that they are a very top-notch agency that cares and want to make sure that they are going to do a good job for you. They really emphasize that they want to match up the PCAs personality with yours. I have a problem; it is a constant nerve pain, and I say I need somebody quiet. I cannot have the TV or radios on, and they comply with that. They try very hard to make a match with the worker they send to you. I don’t need personal care, but they do also give personal care like if you need help bathing, dressing, and washing your hair.
My worker is prompt. I can count on her. She does a good job. There are certain things you have to tell her if you have a particular way to do something, but she is very quiet which I like. Aside from the vacuuming, I barely hear her. She is very sensitive to my problem with noises and stuff.

Terrible at returning calls. I cannot speak to the quality of care, only the office management. I broke my leg on 4/27 and contacted Becky in the office a few days later. I am 70 years old and live alone since my wife passed in ’16 and kids live outside. So I am hobbling alone at home on crutches taking care of myself and 2 labs. Surgeon advised surgery to place screw and plate because both tibia and fibula were displaced to different degrees. Becky from Midnight Sun sent service agreement, which I could not copy due to faulty printer, but I emailed Becky back in which I confirmed I agreed. I also notified surgeon that Midnight Sun would transport me to and from surgery and care for me afterwards. I called repeatedly as surgery day approached (and so did doc’s office) to no avail. Neither of us could get a call back. Meanwhile, another home care business, whom I called early on to tell them I decided on Midnight Sun CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS OK AND SET UP FOR SURGERY. Moral of story: I should have enlisted the other home care agency to do the job right from the beginning.
