I think the agency needs to listen a little better. Initially, we had a caregiver who was inconsistent, but they replaced her with someone better.

The day we really needed someone, Alex came, and that was great, but others just sat around and didn't help with what was needed. We've had some great helpers, but some of them could do a little better with self-initiative and consistency with the caregivers we prefer.

She is immobile and cant use the bathroom. They help with daily hygiene. From what I can tell, they do a great job. They seem receptive. They always have someone there to show up.

Their main focus when they are there is taking care of my mother, which they do a wonderful job at. I like how they are prompt and really do take care of my mother.

I had some that we did not want back. They have made life easier by doing their jobs, and they take good care of the client. Also, when I had surgery, they went beyond for us and helped me as well. I like that they work with us well and they are pleasant people.

I only had them a couple of times, and they haven't been here in about a month. They could listen when they are at the house.

The agency has helped me with physical therapy. The caregivers take lots of breaks, that's something the agency should address.

The agency has made the experience positive by always being available if I have an issue, I feel like I can talk to them, and they are just a friendly and easy group of people. I like how the agency is very easy to work with, and the caregivers are friendly as well.
