It's fairly good. The care they give me is good. Sometimes, I don't like it when they send me other callers. I have less trips to the store. I don't have to go out to get sugars and sweets.

I would tell someone that I think everyone from Comfort Keepers has been very nice and when she was in the hospital, Comfort Keepers called to check in on my mom. For me, it gives me an opportunity to get out of the house and spend some time with my friends. I can do what I need to do.

The customer services is poor, the office staff is not friendly. My caregiver, however, is very open to what I ask them to do. My caregiver will do exactly what I ask them to do, they are very nice.

Just recently my mother got very ill with a respiratory infection. I had to call Comfort Keepers at the last minute, and they were able to send my mother's caregiver on a day she didn't usually come out. They took her to the doctor and made sure she was cared for. They take my mother where she needs to go and keep her company. They make sure she is comfortable.

We had one bad experience with Comfort Keepers. I have been very happy about the caregivers that have come and the services that they have provided. One time a caregiver quit and Comfort Keepers didn't find a caregiver to fill in for them. Part of the reason that we went with Comfort Keepers we expected them to cover us when a caregiver drops out. My mom used to get anxious in the evening, but she doesn't now because Comfort Keepers is there. They help her with preparing meals. The caregivers talk with my mom and keep her company.

We had an issue when my loved one's needs. It's difficult for substitute caregivers to be with someone like my loved one who has their condition. It's nice to know that my loved one is being taken care of while I am away.

Comfort Keepers is just very organized, and the girls and people that come are good, especially from the screening process. My loved one's needs are not so extreme, so there isn't much more they could do, but sometimes the people they send are not good fits.

Comfort Keepers was great, but they assigned someone different weekly. The patient always had to train the new girl, and this frustrated them. Other than that, they were good. They provided the patient company he needed. Comfort Keepers could have been more consistent in their caregiver assignments to the patient.

I've known the owner, Dave, for years through the business world and always thought highly of him. So when my mom's dementia deteriorated to a point where she needed extra help he was my one and only call. Comfort Keepers brought my stress level revolving around my mom from a 10 to a 2. There front office was always responsive and the care givers were great. The cost associated with the extra help is well worth it. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers of Grayslake.

I'm able to go out with confidence, so that if he falls I will immediately be notified.

We used Comfort Keepers for two weeks. They provided anything that my mom wanted, like preparing food, grocery shopping, vacuuming, and cleaning the house. The caregivers were excellent. They would make sure that she'd taken her medications and had eaten breakfast in the morning. If Mom didn't have anything planned for supper, they would prepare something for her and do any other household cleaning that she needed.
